OP/4 is a scenario paintball team based out of the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area. We are a diverse team with adult and teen members that attend many scenario and big game events monthly around the Midwest area. OP/4 was formed by a group of friends to be the house team for the National Police Paintball Organization. Since then, OP/4 has had the privilege over the years of being hired by local law enforcement agencies to act as the "opposing force," role-playing as "bad guys" during their training scenarios and are still available to any agencies looking for that added element in their training.

Are You Ready to Join?

OP/4 is always growing and looking for new members to join our ranks, both active and reserve. Many of our members are professionals with law enforcement, security, and military backgrounds. Members are chosen based on mission interaction, skill level, and individual player adaptation to work as a team.
