Enrique Perez, along with Ron Baez, founded the N.P.P.O. in 2005. The two met through a mutual friend who invited both to a paintball event in 2004 and it is all history from there. Enrique serves as a Truant Officer in the City of East Chicago and has served East Chicago in other capacities as a Youth Pastor as well as an Administrator with Reclaim Our Kids Foundation. Enrique’s first encounter with paintball was in 1998 and from there formed his paintball team, OP/4, with Miguel Flores and two others in 2002. With his experiences and passion for the community, he and the N.P.P.O. staff started an initiative called P.A.C.T. (Police And Community Together). With this initiative, he and his staff plan to continue spearheading to bridge the divide between law enforcement and the communities they selflessly serve.
