​Dave Cantone has been with the N.P.P.O. since 2019. He was recruited by the N.P.P.O. for his background in law enforcement and paintball and his passion for both. Since 2004, Dave has served as a Sheriff's Deputy working in Corrections for the Will County Sheriff's Office in Illinois. His first experience playing paintball was in 1996 as part of a youth church outing. From that point he was hooked and in 2004 he co-founded Ground Control Scenario Paintball Team which became one of the home teams for CPX Sports in Joliet, Illinois. Dave's vision for the N.P.P.O. is driven by his love of paintball and the first responder community and he hopes to use both to bridge the current gap between police and the community.
