About the N.P.P.O.National Police Paintball Organization seeks to promote the sport of paintball and provide an outlet for our nation's first responders to combat the stress created by their work environments. We strive to foster a positive relationship between not only law enforcement, but all first responders and the communities they serve, by bringing them together both on and off the paintball field.

Founded in 2005The National Police Paintball Organization was founded in 2005 by Ron Baez and Enrique Perez. The N.P.P.O. was originally established with the mission to introduce paintball to law enforcement officers as an alternative recreational sport to assist in releasing the various stresses associated with the job, as well as to help reduce the rising suicide rate among the law enforcement profession. Over the years, the N.P.P.O. has developed into an organization that provides first responders and the local community weekly paintball and airsoft events and private parties, and attends local paintball and airsoft parks themselves, representing their official scenario team, OP/4.

Our GoalThe National Police Paintball Organization is a group of law enforcement and military professionals, friends and family, who play for fun and to raise money for law enforcement and first responder related causes and charities. The organization is currently run by a staff of five dedicated first responders united by a common goal and vision--to bridge the current gap between first responders and the communities in which they serve.

Looking Ahead
The N.P.P.O. is also dedicated to event production for both first responders and civilians. The flagship event, Battle of the Badges, is a first responder exclusive 5v5 tournament held annually in various locations across the U.S. This event allows first responders from local agencies and military branches to engage each other on the field in a controlled environment that offers not only friendly competition, but much needed stress relief to those who need it most. The N.P.P.O. will also begin producing additional tournaments and big games open to first responders and the general public.
